This painting entitled "The Girl With The Red Umbrella" depicts a young woman, windswept in a downpour of colourful rain drops.

Painted entirely with spray paint, the main image has been created with the use of a hand-cut stencil with the splashes of colour then applied with a gently mis-fired spray can, causing the paint to splatter over the image.

The background is painted with a metallic gold giving the piece a vibrant lustre that changes with the light levels and direction in the room.

Measuring 80cm x 80cm it is presented on a deep canvas with painted edges and is ready to hang without the need for framing as pictured.
